Ingredients
1 heaped cup freshly grated coconut
1 tsp salt
5-10 green chillies, chopped (depending on how hot or mild you like it)
2-4 tbsp grated raw mango or juice of 1 lemon (you can use a little of both if you prefer it tangier)
water as needed for blending
Preparation
Step 1
Put everything in a blender and blend until smoth and well combined. Taste and adjust salt and chilli according to your taste.
You can freeze this in small tins for up to a month and remove to thaw whenever you need it.
